Dr. Lisa Odabasi, MD

I've been seeing this doctor for years. Looking for a new doctor. She rushes through appointments and talks over me. Tired of the rude treatment that depends on her mood the day of the appointment.

I was very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Odabassi and her staff. I was always able to see Dr. Odabassi when I had difficulty. She listened and provided me with the right diagnosis and treatment. I typically see PA for annual checks, but know that she is available to them/me if I have questions or concerns. My mother had colon cancer so they know how important it is for me to have regular colonoscopy. I also suffer from reflux and she has provided me with the care and attention I needed to get the correct medication.

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THRU CALLED PUSHED EVERY NUMBER FINALLY LEFT MESSAGE THIS HAPPENED LAST WK FINALLY HAD SOMEONE CALL ME BK BUT I COULDNT UNDRSTAND THE XTENSION NUMBER TOOK GUESS CALL SHE ASKED MY PROBLEM SAID I NEEDED TO GO TO THAT XTENSION TO MAKE APPT SHE WOULD CONNECT ME BUT HUNG UP ON ME THEN MON MORNING SOMONE CALL ME I THOUGHT I WOULD HATE TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS IF I NEEDED EMERGENCY HELP THE XTENSION THAT I FNALLY GOT TO TALK TO THAT WAS NOT HAVING A GOOD DAY WAS ON FRI XTESION WAS 1118 IT IS OK I WII FIND ANOTHER DR

I have great confidence, trust, and respect for Dr. Odabasi and appreciate the great care she has given me over the years. She gives excellent advice and recommends necessary treatments and has a comforting bed side manner.

I have been to Dr. O. multiple times. Good part- she can do upper and lower Gi procedures without incident. If you have a problem bigger than a polyp you need someone else! She did a pill cam on me and was unable to understand the result and the dude who sold the exquiment had to help her with her diagnosis and she was wrong. (Another Doc fixed it w/one pill) not the extreme visits to Duke she recommended. Then I had gallbladder probs for years! She couldnt figure it out. I finally had EVERY TEST AVAILABLE and on the last one she finally agreed with the patient it was -hold it, wait -MY GALLBLAADDER! And no her recommendation of using Align didn't help! Off to a surgeon. Her office people were difficult and I will NEVER go back! They always want to palm you off on the PA.

My husband spent over a year going to numerous appointments with "Dr. Odabasi" but actually seeing her nurse practitioner everytime (Kirby). They continually said nothing was wrong. He finally turned yellow and they said "go to the E.R. there is nothing we can do here." We did. He had stage IV pancreatic cancer with mets to the liver and died 25 weeks later. This office never even called to follow-up with his condition or treatment. Maybe even a sympathy card would have been a decent response, no not even an acknowledgement of his death. Sad, inappropriate, unprofessional care. Please find someone else if you do not want to end up a widow like me!

after a year of suffering she has given me my life back. knows what she is talking about and stays on top of tests and results in a timly manner. recommend her to all. she,s great.
