I never want to visit this Dr. ever again in my life! She did a pap smear on me and I left in so much pain that lasted for months. Not sure exactly what this lady did, but she was not happy that I paid out of my pocket and did not have insurance. she kept speaking about insurance, even though I fully paid at checkout. Makes you REALLY wonder about her agenda, surely isn't a caring person. Just be careful women and do your research. Wish I had

She delivered my last child 21 years ago. She was doing rounds my last day in the hospital and she brought her adorable young daughter with her, who was about 5 then. I asked her if she wanted to be a dr. like her mom and she said "No, I really just want to be a nail doer." Often wondered if she ever got her own nail salon. LOL Lauren (Bachman) Newman

I had gone to several Doctors for about two years before being told I needed to be seen by a gynecologist for adhesions due to scar tissue from a 10 year old hysterectomy which was causing pain so bad I was doubled over most days, lying down with a heating pad and nothing relieved the pain. Dr. Ortenzi asked me some questions, carefully examined me, talked about my medical history and asked if I would be willing to take a test that could rule something out but might be uncomfortable. I thought after two years what could be worse? When Cassa cathorized my bladder, I thought, wow that was horrible 1-10, that's 30, but when she injected a substance into my bladder, I was into a new zip code. Can't remember what it was called by it clarified my real problem and it also had me walking out of her office with my first treatment, out of pain! I had Interstitial Cystitis. Inflammation of the bladder, common for us Fibromyalgia chicks, and Dr Ortenzi nailed first try. I went back for Lidocaine… treatments every few days, then every week, then not at all. With that and prescriptions that are right for me and IC, I have a life again. Dr Ortenzi is the greatest, with her sidekick Cassa! Many Blessings to you both.

I have been to this doctor several times, and she refused to help me when I was pouring out my heart to her, She didn't take the time to listen to me .She didn't want to hear it. She basically said go to another doctor and have more stuff done . I was disgusted .

Dr Ortenzi is not compassionate at all, she doesn't listen to the patients needs, she only wants your co payment 5 times before she actually does anything, and it's to her benefit only. She got upset because I wouldn't take birth control pills and slammed my chart on the table. Also they were suppose to call me in medicine to thin my cervix before doing a biopsy and did not so she had to biopsy me 4 times which was excruciating! Please use caution when going to her with real issues! I know a few others who have had the same issues with her and have stopped going.

Dr. Ortenzi delivered me 27 years ago and my son almost 6 years ago. I really wanted to have a natural delivery, but there were many complications and I ended up with a c-section. She did everything possible to keep me from having one, as these were my wishes. The c-section went smoothly. My post op was great, too. She seemed really concerned. I have since moved, but with this new pregnancy, all the doctors here talk about what a great job that was done and how nicely it healed. Everyone says the scar looks great.

I have been seeing Dr. Ortenzi for 22 years and I wouldn't change a thing. She is one of the most professional doctors in her field. She cares truly about her patience and even takes the time to follow up with me after surgeries, She is now seeing my daughter which she delivered 18 years ago. I have been very bless and happy to have the same doctor for so many years.

I have been having problems with bleeding for years .She has no compassion and was very rude with meShe also made huge mistake with mammogram .I would not recommend her to any one. The rest of office very nice.

I love, love Dr. Ortenzi. Although, she does not deliver babies anymore, she delivered mine and she was not even on call. I have been a patient of hers for many years and she knew I wanted her...I think she is GREAT.
