Dr. Lisa A. Parry, MD

I visited Dr Parry a few months ago, she seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This review related to her office management. I could never schedule the appointment for the following procedure due to her office manager couldn't give me a date in a month, apparently their system doesn't let them to make appointments a month in advance and I needed to get a day off from work in advance. I never received the bill from the office, BUT I received the collectors call they sent my bill to. After talking to collectors apparently they sent the bill to the address I used to live 5 years ago! I filled out the patient form with my current mailing address but nobody from her office bothered to update it. They also had my current phone number but never bothered to call me before sending my bill to collectors. Very poor communication and patient care, careless office management.
