Summary
Dr. Lisa has been with the practice since completing her pediatric residency in 2001. A native of New Orleans, she made her home in St Petersburg while receiving her residency training through University of South Florida at Tampa General and All Children's Hospitals. She graduated from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1998. Her masters and undergraduate degrees were in biology from University of New Orleans which she attended in the 1980's. She taught biology at the high school and university levels for 10 years before entering medical school. Lisa is an avid bird watcher, plays softball and pickle ball, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends including her rescued Labrador Retrievers. Dr. Petitfils is Board Certified in pediatrics.
