Lisa Reno, DO

Would give her less than one star she is awful doesn’t give a care at all about her patient has an attitude and my blood work she ordered came back with 4 things abnormal as in 3 were very high and 1 very low most of them showing my body is fighting and infection my brain feels swollen and my whole body is aching I feel dizzy and she just sent me off to go home and care for my two kids alone while I worry I’m going to pass out and sat there for 8 hours not knowing she was just going to not care especially after having proof my body is fighting an infection. Awful she should not be a doctor at all. Works at urgent care but acts like an I don’t care

We’ve had to encounter Dr.Lisa Reno in the ER in Pittsburg KS multiple times. If you can avoid going to the Pittsburg ER do it with all cost. Go somewhere else or prepare yourself for the most unpleasant encounter. She is ?? the most rude, hateful person ever. Her manners, bedside, attitude and demeanor is the worst. If I had known she would have been working I’d of taken my mom to a different hospital. Just a heads up and forewarning.

My fiance had a 101.6 temp and they checked him for strep and had taken some blood. Doctor Reno came in and got very rude with my fiance saying things like "I'm not saying you're not sick, but your tests look fine." And she also was telling him to go to their walk-in clinic. I told her no, he would see my primary doctor immediately. She then got very rude with me and asked me "And who is that?" I replied politely and she rolled her eyes at me. My fiance was a bit out of it from the fever and had asked her decent questions related to his visit and she continued to roll her eyes and sigh at him! This doctor is the worst I have seen. She had no compassion, no patience, and was flat out rude. I called the hospital today to make a complaint and they agreed that she should not act this way with a patient. If you can avoid this doctor, don't go to her. She won't care about your problem.

I went to the ER at viChristy where Reno was the er dr. I.could barley walk in I was in because of so much pain from my back.and legs. After she looked me over she had the gaul to tell me I was only their to get pain pills and she was not going to help a junkie! My regular dr ordered a MRI and a XRAY the next day and found out I have several bulging discs, DDD, spinal stenosis, sciatica and a nerve disorder that caises extreme pain. I had to go on disability not long after this because I was unable to walk. This women is a quack. My father had a medical condition where if he does not hava a bowl movement his toxic levels build up and he goes into a coma like state. He take a oral liquid medication called laculose. Well he went to the er amd fell into the coma like state. My mother told them he needs his meds to go to the bathroom but he cant swallow in his condition. Just a few bowl movements and the toxins leave the body and he is fine. But she did not agree and refused to give him… the medication, she then proceded to tell my mother it would be best to just let him pass away because he would not wake up ever again. When the nurse left the room I poured the meds into a hose and put it in his throte. Whithen 3 hours he woke up and took the biggest dump on the floor you have ever seen. Over 10lbs of crap on the floor when Reno walked in and said she wanted to know who administered that medication to him. My mother said we did and you were just going to let him lay their and die. The next day he was released and is still alive 7 years later. Dr.Reno is not a good dr and does not have the best intrest of the patient in mind. I have heard other Reno horror stories and she should be jailed.

She saved my life both time that I saw her in the emergency room.
