Dr. Lisa Patricia Rothgery, MD

This doctors office will fail if Doctor Rothgery keeps relying on her front office staff. They never answer the phone. My test results sat around for days. I had to persistently call and leave messages. Never got a call back. I feel for Doctor Rothgery, however I cannot rely on such a poorly run office to be in charge of my health. I urge Doctor Rothgery to clean house and get a better staff to help and represent her.

Provided release of information to her and staff twice before she moved to a different office and records have not transferred two months later! Staff had an attitude as to who was responsible to get records when I inquired.

Dr. Lisa Rothgery is a fine doctor, however, the way they run their business is the worst I've ever experienced. This office has zero business sense and no idea how to run a medical practice.

Cared about my health concerns, my wellbeing both mentally and physically. Told me treatment options alternate to typical medications. Very good doctor.

There are 3 receptionist in the front office, yet all are too busy on the phone to greet you. The waiting room was dirty. Furniture was dusty. It takes about 15-20 min for the nurse to even take you back. Then you wait for the Dr for another 45-50 min in the room. She is very short & prompt with you & doesn't ask enough questions or explains much of anything to you. Then gets up to leave before you're even done talking. Then told me I'd be getting 2 prescriptions when I only got 1. They called in my prescriptions to the wrong Walgreens twice!! Even after I'd called the office to have the pharmacy corrected. They also never answer the ph when calling for your lab results. & then when they finally call back with the results, the medical assistant is the one to call you & she calls my husbands phone rather than mine to leave a msg. I played phone tag with her assistant back & forth because she still kept calling my husbands phone. When no one could get this info corrected, the Dr finally… called me herself only to not give me an adequate diagnosis or sufficient answer as to what she "thought" was going on with me. This office is very incompetent!!! The staff is however very nice including the Dr, yet I feel they are obviously incapable of running a smooth & organized practice!!! I would NEVER recommend this Dr's office to ANYONE!!

Dr Rothgery was open to new ideas regarding treatment options, including non-pharmacological interventions, and was very helpful with questions regarding post-menapause, elevated cholesterol and other issues of concern to a female over the age of 60.

Amazed this woman has a license to practice medicine! Beware!!

I have been a patient for about a year. I needed a referral for a neurologist for CMT, the office sent the referral stating the wrong reason- 3 TIMES!The Neurologist even called the office to verify this and they told them over the phone the erroneous referral reason. This is after I called them at least 3 times confirming the reason for the referral. Well my appointment with the specialist was cancelled because of this and I ended up waiting several more weeks to be seen. This is in addition to the two months I waited for them to fax the right information which they were apparently incapable of doing. Unfortunately this isn't the worst part, when I last saw her, I noted that I was having hair loss, a TSH test was run and I was told everything was OK. Recently when I saw my neurologist he noted my Thyroid was enlarged. I saw another doctor and found that my thyroid is triple the normal size with a nodule. Thank goodness the Neurologist was on the ball. I sadly will now be searching… for another clinic for my family.
