Esther Crane, PMHNP-BC

Esther Crane (they/them) is a nonbinary, queer, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care for adults. They believe in building collaborative, respectful relationships where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Esther offers telehealth appointments to create an easy way for clients to access mental healthcare.

Esther offers psychiatric assessment, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy, tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Their approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and integrates evidence-based treatment with genuine empathy and curiosity. They work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, insomnia, and neurodivergence, including those on the autism spectrum, helping each person find a path toward greater emotional clarity and resilience.

A central focus of Esther’s practice is working with the LGBTQIA+ …community. They are passionate about creating a gender-affirming, inclusive space where individuals of all identities feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore their mental health without judgment.

Esther understands that seeking support can feel vulnerable—especially for those who have experienced stigma or felt unseen in healthcare settings. Their goal is to help clients feel more connected, confident, and aligned with their values, offering care that honors the whole person.
