0 Stars ?? She pretends to truly care about her patients. She fitted me for a front cap which is bulky and off color matched and I was forced to accept it. When I was not in acceptance of it's appearance, she said "what's wrong with it, do you have a date" ?? IDC about a date, I have to be in front of the world every day. The cap is big, lighter and rounded, while my other front tooth is flat. When I smile, people break our eye contact and instantly look at my mouth and not to mention, when I eat, it knocks into my bottom teeth and I fear it being knocked out altogether. When she learned I lost my job and my coverage was ending, she didn't care to adjust the appearance and had someone else finish the job who cemented it slightly crookit. She wouldn't even talk to me to discuss it. Then they rushed me in for a cleaning the next day of my coverage ending and said it was covered in the plan, though I'm being charged for it, plus whatever else ??. So much for me thinking… so highly of her being all kissy faced pretending to be apart of a dental family only to see another cold, hearted side of her and acting as such in front of her employees. God don't like ugly! ??
