My experience was beyond what I have experienced before at a dermatologist. All the staff were professional. However some places can be professional but leave out the personable. Dr. Stirling is so personable. She talked to you and explained every step of what she was going to do. I was so comfortable having my procedure done and it was over before I knew it.

The clinic has a very calming atmosphere. Dr. Stirling made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to start treatment under her care.

Dr Sterling is a nice individual but has to listen to her patients symptoms and concerns more closely. I went to her because of a skin condition that recently started and was getting worse. After I told her my symptoms and what I believed it was she made a different diagnosis from what I was expecting and put me on medication I had already taken for the condition and it didn't help and I told her that it didn't help. She insisted that it wasn't what I thought it was and put me on the medication anyway. When I went back to follow up, my condition started spreading further and even after I told her that I don't think it's what she thought it was she still continued with her orginal diagnosis and after 3 visits and more than 5 different medications and none of which were for the condition I believed it to be I went to an urgent care where a Physician Assistant named Jessica who had only been working there 6 months listened to what I had to say about my symptoms and prescribed me… medication that I told Dr Stirling to try but never did. And The medication Jessica prescribed helped. It's a shame it had to come 3 months after seeing a dermatologist who was not able to correctly identify the skin condition.
