Very professional and caring,

I had a Horrible experience with this practice. Patient's care should always be priority at any Doctor's office. When we go to an office we are in trusting our lives with that the doctor and there staff. I was sent out to have labs done and the staff member didn't even wright my full name on the lab requisition so of course when I call office to get my lab results its not there due to the fact quest was not releasing my labs until there doctor office call them to resolve the problem with my name and instead of the staff letting me know what is going on the staff would give me the run around. I would leave a message for the doctor to call me & she doesn't even give the common courtesy or respect to call me an let me know what's going on. I feel the reason we go to doctors is because were not feeling well or we are worried about our health. I had staff member Annie hanging up on molt-able times on me when I would call the office how unprofessional is that. Little for this office to… know that i also work for Doctor's an I would never hang up on a patient it doesn't matter how many times a patient calls the office inquiring about her labs results or any issues they my have your patient's deserves respect. How dare you hang the phone up on a patient horrible. Anne would have been fired if she worked at my office. What makes this even worst is that my boss who is a Doctor called to speak to this doctor because he was appalled on the way the staff was treating me. Anne would not even let me speak when I would call. So finally this Dr Straus calls me an I get to speak to her she calls me crazy and believes that the way her staffs handles and treats patients was appropriate and feels I should have been nicer & that I should see a psychiatrist because I'm calling a Doctor's office to get lab results. She believed that her staff was right and I was wrong and I was crazy. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone not even my worst enemy. I would never go back to see this Doctor she allows her staff to treat patient's very poorly. Just remember that with out patients your nothing. I hope people reads this review and think twice before seeing this Doctor and her staff. and for your employee Annie I hope you get fired you do not deserve to work in the medical field.

Dr. Straus is the best internist I have ever had. She has a lovely personality: warm, caring, willing to listen and to teach. I feel so very fortunate that I found her. The entire practice of Dr. Dellis Galloway, Dr. Straus and Dipan Kapur in Bronxville is superior to any I have ever met. I recommend them highly.

Very caring soft spoken doctor

Very warm and caring, diagnoses right on.

I have many medical problems. I have never left a Dr's office and felt the way I do today. Dr. Strauss is one awesome Dr. Extremely confident, knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated. She takes the time to actually listen to you. Goes over your concerns and the concerns she has for you. I am so pleased my husband and I both became patients of hers through word of mouth by someone we know who feels the exact same way. She is warm, personable and a DR I want to take care of me. The entire staff were awesome, from the receptionist, to nurses to Dr. Strauss I was amazed at the smiles they all wear and how friendly, courteous and knowledgeable they all are. Hudson Valley should be so proud of their staff.

This doctor has a shocking intuition for diagnosis and an overwhelming knowledge of bio-chemical cause and effect.

This physician is the most personable down to earth MD in Dutchess county. I could not believe the frank and direct attitude that made me feel so secure about my well-being.

This Physician almost cost me my life!!!Be very careful. She is not honest with you. Very sneaky and cares more about her job position than the welfare of her patients. Be very careful!!!!
