Dr. Lisa Wingyee Tang, MD

Dr. Tang was my PCP for over 10 years, and I avoided her for almost my appointments for at least 6 years due to the dismissive behavior she had on my health concerns. While I was a minor and seeing her, she dismissed all my varying health concerns, and refused to dive further even upon request, citing “you don’t need it”. Find a different PCP through separate appointments with KP.

This doctor has poor work ethic. Always calls in SICK!

I’ve gone to Dr Tang with various concerns over the years and every time she doesn’t listen. I believe she is negligent and shouldn’t be practicing medicine. Dismissive and not knowledgeable at all. I’m so glad I finally switched doctors.

She doesn't know how to handle the teens / kids. She doesn't understand the kids and no heart to the kids. I am not suggest the partents take the kids to see her.

Dr. Tang does not explain her diagnosis very well which causes extra/needless visits and copays. She has no bedside manner and some of her suggestions were downright wrong and unhealthy. There is a reason it is easy to get an appointment with her. As a side note- she was talking about me in the hallway and I could hear her. It was very unprofessional. I feel like I'm at a free clinic when I go see her.

Dr. Tang never makes me feel like I'm taxing her time by asking lots of questions about my condition or treatment. I really appreciate that.

During my visit to Dr. Tang, I felt that I have met the worst doctor in my life. She wouldn't listen to my needs and my medical history. When I asked her questions, she would simply refuse to answer by saying that I was not going to understand the medical terms. And she would wait for the test results because all I told her was in the past. She needed the proves of what I said. If you are considering to go to this doctor, I would strongly recommand you to reconsider since she was careless about and also not willing to listen to the patients!
