Dr. Lisa Rayin Tsai, MD

Disappointed first time parent here. Worst bedside manners! She does not care about her patients at all. We simply asked what should we pay attention to, as it was our first time ever. Her response was a stone faced shrug - cannot answer your question, too general. Dr. Tsai, please don’t take your patients for granted. I changed to another Ob immediately.

Great experience with Dr. Tsai.

This was my first visit with Dr. Tsai. I found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient; spent time with me answering questions I had including the ones on general health. I can trust her. After my Gynecologist retired two years ago, I found another doctor last year but I was not happy with that doctor. I am glad that I finally found Dr. Tsai and I will stick with her.

Horrible experience with Dr. Lisa Tsai. They charge you for items that should be covered by insurance. Our insurance company told us that the charges should not be there. But Dr. Tsai's office would continue to charge. She and the staff are rude. We ended up switching to another doctor, he confirmed that there should not be charge for the services fully covered by insurance. We are very happy with the new doctor.

Doesn't make me feel uncomfortable as a patient, very gentle!

I have been coming to Dr. Tsai longer than I can remember. She tells me like it is and doesn't sugar coat anything. She delivered my son and was great! I've never had a problem with her and have bragged on her to everyone I know that's looking for ob/gyn's. I would recommend her to anyone that asks.

I love Dr. Tsai, she is very thorough and is frankly one of the best doctors I've ever been to. There is hardly ever a wait time and she promotes you to ask questions. She's never in a rush and gives you her undivided attention.

I'm having my second baby. Dr Tsai is always passion and friendly.

Dr.Tsai delivered my son and daughter.She is nice and has rich experience in this field.Responding fast and timely even my son delivered in 3am 2 years ago.My daughter is born in 1month ago,everything goes well with the whole process of delivery.Recommended!

Dr. Tsai has been my OBGYN for 5 years. She delivered my two children and are going to deliver the third one. She is nice and friendly. She answered all my questions and cared about my concerns. She speaks Mandarin Chinese as well, so if you feel more comfortable in speaking Chinese than English, Dr. Tsai is your choice. Then you don't need to worry about English medical terms. I would recommend her to my friends..
