Very down to earth doctor. Personable. Clearly explains all aspects of diagnosis and physicals. Willing to answer all questions. She is one of my daughter's favorite doctors here.

Park Ridge Pediatrics have been my daughter's doctor for about 15 years now and I have never had a problem with this office or Dr Villanueva. Her bedside manner is excellent. I like all of the doctors at this office and would reccommend them highly.

Both of my kids have been to this practice since birth. My oldest is 13 now. I have found all of the doctors to be competent, professional, and practical. They weigh risks vs. benefits before ordering unnecessary tests or prescribing unneeded antibiotics. They know what to look for developmentally in children and make recommendations as necessary. They accomodate same-day sick appointments. I was also shocked to read the poor review by the mom who's service was discontinued by Dr. Villanueva and wanted to respond. I have no other personal connection to the practice, other than both kids being patients, therefore I feel I am fair with my comments. I would think that doctors very carefully consider which patients they "fire" and that this mom must've been unreasonable in her approach. Do not base your opinion of the practice on one person's poor experience. I have moved 10 miles away from Park Ridge but continue to bring my kids to Park Ridge Pediatrics because I am highly satisfied… with the care.

I have been bringing my children to Park Ridge Pediatrics for over 10 years now and have always recieved quality care and professionalism from all of the doctors, nurses and staff. When I discovered a poor review of this practice, I was shocked. I couldn't disagree more with the previous review and would encourage anyone looking for a wonderful pediatric practice to disregard that disgruntled mother's opinion. I have recommended Park Ridge Pediatrics to many neighbors, friends, and relatives over the years. Every one of them are extremely satisfied with their experiences as well. It's a shame that someone would write such a poor review on such a genuinely nice place to bring your children for exceptional care. I hope my review will provide others a more accurate reflection of how Park Ridge Pediatrics really is.

I was sent a letter of refusal of care for my kids. I deserved a phone call with an apology!!!! After 12 years of going to Park Ridge Pediatrics, seeing Villanueva on occasion, I always knew something was odd about her, she had the EGO to send me on my way for refusing vaccination. Beware of this practice and what they inject into your child. Ask questions. Ask what they are made of, you will be horrified and won't believe how doctors DON'T care, especially this one!
