Wonderful Dr. Listened to me and answered all my questions. Asked me great questions and showed genuine interest in me. Kept me informed of what she was thinking and what she wanted to do. Could not ask for a better experience.

She seemed fake to me. I felt like she didn't care about my health issues. I won't go back to her or recommend her to my friends.

Dr. Viola has treated me for years and I have always been completely satisfied. In fact, on a few occasions when I was in terrible pain, she made the time for me after hours and went out of her way to make sure I was feeling relief. She even followed up with me to make sure I was doing well days later. I wouldn't go to any other physician.

Dr. Viola is very professional. I had a large number of symptoms and she was able to listen to me and make the diagnosis. I have been to her several times and she always spends time listening and responding to all my questions.

Very cold personality. Didn't have a lot of time for me and did not make me feel excited to ever come back again. I just wished Dr's today showed they truly care about their patients. This was not how I felt after leaving my appointment with Dr. Viola.

I would only recommend Dr. Viola if you want to wait 45 minutes only to be seen for five minutes, and you enjoy feeling like you were rushed out of her office. I'd also recommend her if you are interested in being wrongfully billed and upcharged for services she did not provide you with. I was charged for her to go over my medical records (which she never had, I even contacted my previous neurologist for verification that they were never given to her.) Bottomline, I saw Dr. Viola once, had a horrible experience, and was wrongfully billed. I would NOT recommend Dr. Viola, or probably the Headache Center to anyone, unless your looking to be taken advantage of. Additionally, I would have given negative stars if that were a thing. If you are unfortunate enough to have her as your doctor I do recommend grabbing as many "free" waters and Kcups as you can before you head out, after all, you're certainly paying for them.

The office staff here is the problem. Her nurse is cold and uncaring. Look elsewhere.

I visited Dr. Viola at the new Headache Center. The environment was very welcoming and the staff was extremely friendly. I was not disappointed when Dr. Viola came in to talk to me. Very personable doctor.
