Dr. Lisa L Wischhusen, MD

I found Dr. Wischhusen to be very concerned and compassionate regarding my brother's treatment. She listens well and offers options for the patient to consider while taking time to explain the ramifications of each choice. I highly recommend this doctor and am grateful for her expertise as well as her kindness. Grateful!

Not interested in patients well being! Doesnt have ant bedside manner. Sneaky! Her way or highway. Any extra work ie insurance forms disability form etc that will enhance the patients outlook, Denied!

Dr. Wischhusen is extremely arrogant with a God complex. If you do not agree with her then she will dismiss you as a patient. She refuses to answer any questions that she feels are questions about her treatment or the medications prescribed. I had moderate side effects and she said I was just complaining. She said I was free to find another doctor.

I cannot believe this Dr has not been sued for malpractice or had her medical license revoked. She is reckless in her prescribing of medications and quickly dismisses any concerns the patient may have. If you don’t agree with her or offer a possible alternative she simply tells you to find another Dr.

Dr. Wischhusen was rude and condescending. She spoke down to me and dismissed any concerns I had questioning medication choices. I was basically told that she was the Dr and I could either follow her instructions or choose another Dr. Dr. Wischhusen should choose another field as she obviously does not need to be in psychiatry!

She was rude non compassionate about my mental state due to having a toddler on the autism spectrum, sensory processing disorder, and multiple developmental delays. She told me I was a complainer and pretty much said u can walk out so that's exactly what I did. Horrible horrible psychiatrist. Just wants to get you drugged up on all kinds of brain changers.

I was prescribed a medication that I think is not right for me. On the follow up visit I voiced my concerns to Dr. Wischhusen. Her answer was to take one tablet instead of two as prescribed. I tried this but still have concerns about the side effects. I left 2 very detailed messages on the voicemail of Julie Moore and have received no response from her. I finally figured out how to get the receptionist. I explained the situation to her and her response was that Dr. Wischhusen would definitely get the message but would probably not return my call because she is with patients all day. I never received a call from the Doctor so now I must take this medication for a month until my appointment rolls around. This is extremely unprofessional and potentially dangerous.
