Worst experience I have ever had with anyone in the medical field. I wish her all the best I truly do, and God bless her and her family. This is not for the purpose to get anybody in trouble. 7:40 AM Was my appt time. I arrived at 7:48AM and called to let them know I was running late. For me personally I will never see her again. She wouldn't address all my issues because I was 8 mins late to my appointment. This was said verbally to me by the NP and the Nurse. I didn't say anything about it. I just wanted to get out of there. I still needed my blood checked to see if my levels were back in normal range. That didn't get done. I didn't know I was seeing her that day I thought I was seeing Dr Vanderhorst. I was zoning out looking at the wall and the ground thinking about my Wife, Kids, and Grandkids because ITS 7:45 IN THE MORNING we had just gone over my BP, HEART RATE, MEDS, DIET and other stuff. My last visit my blood results were not the best and I had been slacking on taking better… care of myself due to my demanding career. So obviously I was not happy with myself about that and DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF. I was answering her questions and then I was told to slow down. So, I answer a couple more questions and then out of nowhere she says, "Why are you angry with me and being short with me?" I said, "excuse me what are you talking about I'm answering your questions" At first, I was just thrown back because I had a million thoughts in my head about my health and my family. Then I just grabbed my phone and coat put it on and was going to leave in the middle of the appointment. She was trying to talk me into staying. I told her that I don't know what happened in her personal life before she got to work that made her frustrated with me that day, but I don't deserve that. I was just answering questions. I told her that it seems like she was being overly sensitive for some reason, and I don't do the millennial/ Kamala Harris type feelings and I'm here for strictly business. I sat back down and tried to let her finish. I ended up walking out. I went to the front desk and said please have Dr Vanderhorst call me or something and I had a very bad experience with her. As a man I'm ashamed to admit that she made me feel super uncomfortable. She is not my cup of tea. If I have to ever dee her or have a appt with her, I will no longer go to this office. Dr Trever Vanderhorst IS ABSOLUTLEY the best Dr I have ever had and have been seeing him for years. I highly recommend him. I hope to keep him as my DR.
