Dr. Lisa Ann Youngblood, MD

The office was wonderful and homily. I love the great atmosphere and how she really connects with her patients! I would recommend her to anyone!

I left her practice because I felt she did not listen or connect with me as her patient. It was always too rushed.

Rushed appointments, note that there is NO one-on-one response or feeling between doc. and patient . Nurse practitioner in office is the same as the doctor, needs more training and a better bedside manner. Don't go in an emergency, doctor will not be able to see you and the Nurse practitioner doesn't care if you know your body better than her, your still going to go home empty handed. Then visit a real doctor a couple of days later at the ER or an Urgent care because she didn't want to listen to you the first time. This is twice this has happened and the outcome is always the same (should of gone to Urgent Care and paid the 100.00 bucks instead of 20.00 for an office visit).

Dr Youngblood wasn't listening to me. I was explaining that I thought I had acid reflux and she interrupted and asked me if I had a sore throat. I say yes but I didn't think it had anything to do with acid. She said I had strep. OK but we never got back to the problem! Left the office with no answers to my questions. I won't see Dr Youngblood again.

Dr. Youngblood missed a very important diagnosis. Stage 3c colon cancer. We asked her to be proactive about the diagnosis and we asked for a colonoscopy or some x-ray, but she would not order it after 3 appointments with the same complaints. After seeing immediate care, the ER, a colonoscopy and finally major surgery, we finally arrived at this diagnosis. All of this couldve been avoided had a CT scan been ordered and this couldve been caught a lot earlier. Now we get to do chemo and hopefully that will be the end of this nightmare. I don't trust her and I don't recommend her. We will be seeking another family doctor. I will say the rest of the staff in her office is great.
