Although I came in for a routine Colonoscopy to establish a baseline my insurance was billed incorrectly with a diagnostic code when I asked that the code be changed they refused, forcing me to pay a large sum for an office visit that was covered by my insurance. When the office staff confirmed my insurance would cover the procedure, that wasn't good enough, they contacted my insurance company again and again to reconfirm. I cancelled the procedure because the whole ordeal made me uncomfortable receiving services from this doctor.

I needed to pay cash & made it very clear that we were on a budget. Was told Dr. was going to call to discuss, but we didn't hear from her. Was quoted a price for the 1st visit, but afterward was charged over $100.00 more! When I inquired about this, the staff was incredibly cold, short and didn't seem to care a bit that this was a problem for us. I wanted to know why we weren't given any information or options before the extra 30 second, though fairly expensive procedure was performed.

Quick, treatment, wound healed quickly and well, with very little associated pain or discomfort. A caring and highly skilled surgeon

Dr. Perryman is a brilliant and caring person and an incredibly skillful surgeon. I am so lucky to have found her! Her staff members are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Perryman's practice.

Dr. Perryman was very good for what I needed- a colonoscopy. Very kind and thorough in explanations. I would recommend her and her office to anyone.

Based on the nature of Dr. Perryman's business I was very nervous to see her. I was extremely comfortable by the time I left the office. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Perryman was very professional and answered all my questions and eased my fears. I'm thankful that I only had to see her a few times due to the nature of my issue, but would highly recommend her to anyone.

I do not know what the last persons comment was all about. I always receive great care by Dr. Perryman and her staff. She is through with my examination and she is on time with appointments. I am very happy being a patient of Dr. Perryman's.

She did not even look over my folder of health records after waiting almost 8 weeks just to get in to see her. Nor did they return my records by request of my case manager since she would not do the surgery and I needed the records for the next surgeon. Perryman does nothing but make money and has no compassion or professionalism.

Gentle with exams. A very good doctor.
