The office staff is not helpful at all. They first pretend to be nice and then show how irritated they are at any special request or concerns. They expect you to be told you need a procedure done and don't ask questions. The procedure needed to be done asap to get diagnosed so I couldn't waste any more time looking for someone need. Same procedure was recommended by another doctor so I knew the procedure was actually needed. Dr. Quinones NEVER once came to see me prior to the procedure. Never once did he comes talk to me or my family after the procedure. For all I know, another doctor did the procedure. It is horrible bedside manner. Now getting the results were much worst. They tell you they will contact you, but they don't. If I hadn't harassed them with phone calls after phone call, I would have never received my results. they tell you report is in but you have to wait for a call back. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!

He cut me off several times while I was speaking.
