Dr. Lisbeth Kristine Berge, MD

If I could rate this provider a zero, I would. I had an appointment with Dr. Berge. I ended up having to wait almost an hour, just for her to come into the exam room and disregard all of my concerns. She was incredibly rude, and she made me feel silly for wanting to see a medical professional. When I requested a follow up call, I was treated rudely by her medical assistant. Will NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Berge. During my first appointment with her, she made inappropriate comments about my previous healthcare provider, which I thought was unprofessional. Likewise, I missed one scheduled appointment and she decided to drop me as a patient. I never received a follow-up email or call confirming my appointment, which was made weeks in advance. She had her assistant make up some reason to call me and then proceeded to scold me for missing the appt. Honestly, I think she's one of the many doctors who go into medicine for the money. She also seemed like she is threatened by younger women.

I enjoy working with Dr Muffoletto. I believe she works part time. I appreciate that she takes the time to listen and is willing to investigate further when my test results aren't totally making sense. The office staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The other Dr.'s in the clinic are helpful if my doctor is not available.
