Dr. Lise Herrera

Dr. Lise Herrera. is an old crusty evil woman. She is totally insensitive to her patients and just hears what she wants to hear. At times, she is a temporary dentist at San Ysidro Health Center in Chula Vista. They really must have scraped the bottom to find this lady... I will never return to that Branch again. I am a partially disabled senior citizen and I try to get along with everyone. I had the misfortune of meeting her at the San Ysidro Health Center several days ago. She is very old, short, curt, rude lady and will get angry with you if you try to answer a question that she's asked. I told her specifically that I did not want any teeth pulled and all that I wanted was for the doctor to finish a crown that broke. I was in pain! I tried to make that very clear to her. Needless to say, on today's date, I traveled public transportation, from Bonita to the clinic there to have my broken crown repaired. Needless to say when I got there, all they wanted to do was pull my… tooth. I told them, that I told Dr Herrera several times that I DID NOT my teeth pulled. They apologized here today and said it was just a miscommunication. Even so, Dr Liu is no gem either. it has always been my understanding that dentists try to please the patient as much as they can. They must have budgeted some time for the tooth extraction, however, Dr. Lou did not want to do anything else. He is a real hater. When I made the appointment, I told the reception desk, that I did not want Dr Liu because for some reason he does not like me. and although, I'm not there to make friends, his attitude certainly affects the way he does dental work. And, he wasted no time running down to the cashier telling them that I must pay for the crown. I didn't know that he was also a debt collector. Really, a bunch of haters and poor patient relations.
