Dr. Garrett is wonderful!

This office says it is breast feeding friendly, but it is a nightmare to breastfeed at this office. I asked if they had a room we could go to and they put us in the coat closet. They called it a contagion room but it was a mud room that they stuck an exam table in. It was off the delivery entrance. There is no door or curtain for any privacy so there were delivery people coming in the door and checking us out while trying to breast feed. The room was freezing, like in the 40's. When we got to the exam room this room was also cold and they wanted us to undress preemie twin babies and then parade them around the halls to get to a public scale to weigh them. My girls were freezing the whole visit. They have a pager system so you can sit in your car and wait. They really need this system because nobody would want to spend a second more than necessary in this dreadful facility. They exam rooms have these built in benches for exam tables and you get a tiny piece of paper for your… baby to lay on. All the veterinarian offices in town are more equipped and accommodating to their animals than this place is to your children. The Dr.s are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. You have no choice in town so they can get away with these horrid conditions.

I love this dr we have seen her almost every apt since my son was born three years ago!!
