Well I have known this sister since she was in high school. This professional Doctor is extremely bright, focused and knows medicine inside and out. Dr. Scarlett has overcome many obstacles in life. Although the wait time is an issue. It doesn't seem to matter to me and most patient's who appreciate her guidance.

Dr. Scarlett gave off a bad first impression. She came in with an attitude, spent most of the time interrogating me like i was on trial. Then she stated that she wont follow up on my condition like other doctors. I felt so bad when i left her office, I felt like I should have said something and didn't.

This doctor is very cold , and has poor bed side manner . I waited 2 months for my appointment with her as I was a new patient . She didn't seem to want to be bothered with checking me out or answering any questions . I left there with nothing and no answers . I will never go back to her , calling to change my primary today .

All I can say about her is that she is wonderful. She takes good care of my husband and myself. She takes her time and is very thorough with her exams.

My experience with Dr. Scarlett has been very good. She is thorough in all her examinations. She listens and talks to me. She has a great bedside manner and I do not what to go to go to anyone else.

First appointment of the day and I waited 55 minutes then left. Went back, waited 45 minutes and finally got in to see her. Very cold and icy personality. Does not like questions. No bedside manner. Never again!

The rudest Doctor at Crystal Run. I wouldn't go back to her if my life depended on it. I complained my chest was hurting and she refused to do an EKG because she said the plan would not cover it. As I left the office to pay I complained to the secretary and a supervisor was there and made her bring me back in for the EKG. She doesn't like to be asked questions. She makes you feel stupid and ignorant. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PERSON!
