As a Doctor who worked with Dr. Woodruff, I found her to be unprofessional, untrustworthy, and not worthy of a leadership position. One may judge for themself not only by interacting with her, but also by viewing disciplinary action against her by the State of Nebraska Office of the Attorney General. You will find a PDF document outlining her actions which deviate from rigorous medical standards. Specifically, "it is alleged that between November 2010 and July 2012, Dr. Woodruff prescribed a controlled substance to a fellow physician, but failed top conduct any examinations or maintain a medical record." I find it shocking that despite this unethical prescribing of controlled substances (for two years according to the report) that she has continued to be employed by CHI Health Hospital in Kearney, NE.
