Dr. Liyen Keen

I’ve seen this doctor for years and have always had great service. The office is so clean and modern and the staff is so friendly and informative.

This is a TERRIBLE place. The dentist and staff are SUPER SUPER SUPER rude and unprofessional. My teeth are in good condition with my prior dentist. I never need to do any treatment to my teeth except routing cleaning every 6 months. Dr Liyen Keen is the first one to strongly requested me to do deep cleaning. The way she does the procedure is so rude, making patients bleeding quite a bit. After her check, you feel your teeth will have big trouble if you don't accept the extra treatments right away, which of course will cost you a lot. When I refused to do deep cleaning and pointed out she was the first one to require deep cleaning, she got irritated, refused to do general cleaning and forced me to leave right away. She does not allow me to say anything or record her conversation, or provide written statement why she stopped cleaning. Interestingly, the staff wants to record, because "this is my office, I can do whatever I want". She threatened to call police when I requested to… obtain my dental record there. Stay away if you don't want to pay a lot for excessive, unnecessary treatments. There are many good dentists in Sugar Land. Don't choose this one because you want to avoid long waiting, like I did. There gonna be a reason you can make appointment right away. I have submitted complaints to State Board of Dental Examiners regarding her unprofessional conduct. But the general public should also be aware of her rudeness when treating her customers.
