Dr. Liyu Liu, DO

Dr. Liu is a Christ-following wife and mother who aims to bring the best quality of care for each of her patients at Physical Medicine Clinic. She is a board-certified Family Medicine physician, certified in Functional Medicine and she is also currently undergoing training in Interventional/Regenerative Pain Medicine.

Dr. Liu graduated with a degree in Neurology from Dickinson College, PA. She furthered her education with a medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and postdoctoral training in the Tampa Bay area at Bayfront Health with a residency in family medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Liu was born in Taiwan, where she spent her formative years. Her family eventually moved to New Zealand and later she moved  once more to the United States for university. Her multi-cultural background prepared her to treat everyone with compassion and genuine care. She specializes in primary care from a holistic standpoint with attention to …details. Instead of joining a medical conglomerate, she provides individualized care in her family-owned clinic. Dr. Liu wishes to come alongside and facilitate every patient’s own journey of healing and wellbeing.
