Dr. Lizette Sonia Hernandez, MD

Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Hernandez was not the best. My Wife was suffering form allergies due to the pollen season when i tried to schedule an appointment with the Dr. after talking to her secretary and setting the date and time. She told me that she would call the insurance company to get the authorization and that she would call back, she never did. The day before the appointment i called to confirm that everything was ok as she never called to get any more info. She told me that the insurance company does not sends or receives Physical MAIL. After she told us that I told her that i will contact the insurance company and get the authorization. She replied saying that even if we called she had already got an answer from them and that we could get another doctor or go there and pay cash. When we called the insurance they said that they have the authorization and that everything was ok on their end, but the doctor would not take the authorization by EMAIL that they only… accepted Physical Mail. They did not even offered a fax to send the info. We just had to find a different doctor and then the C virus exploded. So basically i have my wife at home with no allergy medication and with a lot of difficulties to breath thanks to this doctors secretary. WORST Service Ever. And a DOCTOR that DOES NOT CARE about her Oath to Helping other and their health. THANKS FOR NOTHING !!

After having battled with severe allergic reactions and hives, Dr. Lizette was able to diagnose my problem. She was also able to quickly come up with a plan to help me overcome the problem which I was able to do with great success with her help. I would highly recommend her.
