The doctor is pretty good and the staff is horrible they say is open from Monday - Friday from 8 am -5pm and I was waiting from 745am till 830am and it’s not open the climate is pretty bad it was raining and I lost my day at work and I my daughter lost the day to school the staff is always in a bad mood

I really enjoy the doctor. She is a professional, courteous, and caring doctor. The doctor treats my kids with care and brings a positive attitude. Her staff is a different story. The receptionist is rude and when you get at the counter she makes you wait for her. When I call to make an appointment they leave me on hold for twenty minutes or they accidently hang up. I understand nurses have a tough job but that does not give them an excuse to be rude or have a negative attitude, it is a children's doctor office. I do not know if I caught the staff on a bad day but if I did that makes it six bad days.

Dr pagan is a good doctor but her stuff do not do a goog job today I call their office because I needed a referral to take my child to a specialist and the person attending the phone told me she was going to call me after 1:00 and I am still wating for them to call me. Also watings in the office are long and some of the nurses there are rude they don't do a good job as far as treating people with respect
