Dr Lloyd Bardwell

Was at appointment for 35 weeks into pregnancy, and this man, whom I had never met before, decided to try and take it upon himself to do the 36 week vaginal test a week early. WHY? No woman in her right mind would appreciate not being aware that they are coming in for a test like that! I refused and had it scheduled for the 36 week appointment as it should be. He just did not give me good vibes. It doesn't help that I had told this office I did not want a male to do any of the testing/checkups that require undressing. I understand when delivery time comes it's whoever is available, but that's different than a scheduled appointment/exam.

Dr. Bardwell is great. He explains everything and makes sure to answer any questions or concerns at a level that can be understood. Sometimes the office personnel concern me, several times they had no idea why I was there. Notes need to be more detailed. I went in for a procedure and they thought I was there for a follow up. This has happen a few times. I have been seeing Dr. Bardwell for about 15 years.

I have always thought Dr. Bardwell was the best, but my last visit left a lot to be desired. I called for test results, after 2 calls the nurse finally returned my call. She told me Dr. Bardwell wanted me to come back in for a follow up visit and informed me she would have Dr.Bardwell call me with the results. I never received a call from him. When I went back for my follow up visit, the nurse ask me the reason for my visit - they did not have a clue of why I was there, but they were the ones that had called me to setup the appointment. When I told Dr. Bardwell about the issues I had getting someone to return my call, he informed me that he could not stay on the phone otherwise his "patients" would dwindle down to nothing. I thought he was very rude, especially since it was his nurse that said she would have him call me - I never ask to speak to him personally. My mother has ovarian cancer, so any issues with my test results is always of utmost concern - something Dr. Bardwell is… very aware of. For the first time I do not feel he has my best interests at heart. I will be requesting my records and changing doctors.

Made a tense first visit less stressful and showed concern for my condition and care.

Being a 30 year old female i have had one child. Hes 11 now no bardwell didnt deliver him. I then got a iud and then discovered i needed a leep. Dr bardwell did my leep my followup visits and follow up pap. I then became pregnant with a unfortunate early miscarriage. Dr bardwell takes time with me. He answers my questions and does not make me feel small orstupid. Also have a thyroid disorder and high blood pressure i have seen lots and lots of docs and specialists. Dr bardwell by far is my faviorte. He makes me feel like h3 cares about me. He is however a very busy man and i usualy have to wait for him but its ok. I will continue tosee him and hopefuuly he will soon deliver my baby. I will reccomed him to everyone. I will also say they have to understand they may have to wait .

Very personable and really listens to his patients concern. The only doctor I will see at this practice. Everyone else, including the staff, are cold and lack bedside manners. Dr. Bardwell is definitely a gem in this office and really helped me and my husband through our pregnancies.

Dr Bardwell is a kind and caring doctor. He listens carefully to your concerns and does not rush you. He was recommended to me by a close friend and I have referred two friends that are completely happy with Dr. Bardwell and his office. He delivered 2 of my babies (C-section), and I have been a patient for over 5 years. The only drawback is the wait can at times be long.

Dr. Bardwell is an awesome OB/GYN...he listens,answers all questions in detail,very good bedside manor and goes above and beyond what any other MD.

Very Caring and thorough Doctor. He is the only OB/GYN I have ever been too. He is great and if you have to have any ovarian cysts removed, he always follow ups by calling you at home to check on you. Great Doctor would highly recommend.
