Dr. Lloyd Gregory Braemer, MD

Very unfit to be a doctor. We won't be going back to him and certainly don't recommend to others. Also seems to have a difficult time letting go of anger for his former marriage. Pass on.

Looking at the reviews here as well as my own experience, I have no idea why Mr. Braemer is rated as four stars. He's a terrible doctor. I'm a former patient of his office, and he misdiagnosed me twice. In addition, he also was completely oblivious to symptoms of another (far worse) medical problem. I do not recommend him at all.

I would strongly advise that those considering Dr. Braemer look elsewhere. He lacks the genuine compassion, care, clinical competence, bedside manner and emotional intelligence that families deserve. He failed to perform a full assessment, was unable to answe basic infectious disease prevention questions and overall was just a bad experience. Your children deserve better.

I would not recommend Dr. Braemer. He lacks the clinical competence, emotional intelligence and genuine care necessary to be a trusted pediatrician. He failed to perform an full assessment on our child, offered no time for questions and was unable to answer basic questions or just plain didn’t want to. Doesn’t appear to really enjoy what he does. Would highly advise not going to Dr. Braemer.

We feel very fortunate to be in Dr.Braemers practice. He takes his time answers all our questions and on several occasions when we have called late at night he has been so helpful and kind. Dr. Breamer has taught us so much over the last few years.

Dr. Braemer has been caring for our children for the last few years, he has taught us so much, above and beyond any Pediatrician we encountered in the LA area. Our children love him. The staff is also very nice to work with. We highly recommend this practice.

I would not recommend Dr. Braemer as a Pediatrician. At first I thought he was knowledgeable and really cared about children, but it became painfully clear that this is just a business to him and protecting his profit margin means his medical opinion is for sale to the highest bidder. Dr. Braemer seems to have animosity towards mothers in general. I remember him telling me negative things about his ex-wife (10 years after divorce) at my child's appointments- absolute hatred for this woman- and being mystified about this. This should have been a red flag to me about Dr. Braemer. I found out the hard way that Dr. Braemer will go to great lengths to protect a fellow man - even if there are physical signs that this man is abusive to children. Dr. Braemer missed everything- and worse is that when a mom has a concern about her child, Dr. Braemer does not value the wisdom of mothers and seems to disagree with a protective mom just to be oppositional towards women. I don't believe he has… adequate training to access the early warning signs that would help children- when something could actually be done to help. I never thought in a million years that my judgment was so bad - but I am sharing this experience because no matter how good you think life is going - it's important to have honest, ethical and genuine people there for your kids in case something goes wrong. Unfortunately for my children, going to Dr. Braemer was a mistake.

Nar cis sis tic. Way too much. And arrogant too!

I’ve taken two of my kids to Dr. Braemer for different things. One was a well-baby visit, where it felt like he rushed through his procedures, didn’t ask me about my daughter’s milestones, or eating habits. He made me feel like I was alwasting his time by bringing her in l, because she was up-to-date on her vaccinations. Other times we have been there, he barely looks at the child, and goes into a long winded explanation of why he is diagnosing the way he is and why he’s prescribing the medication. He comes off as arrogant, caring more about showing you what he knows and less about your child and how they are feeling.

This is a very bad temper doctor that burst into anger from no where. He doesn't allow you express your opinion or join the discussion with him. While we are just asking some referrals for my teenager kids, we were all talking politely and ask him other possibilities and he end up threats us Done. I will never see you or else really unprofessional words at the door and out for his lunch.
