Dr. Lloyd Douglas Brenden

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Brenden, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. Dr Brenden is not only a highly skilled dermatologist but also an incredibly warm and compassionate individual. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the atmosphere was welcoming, and friendly, especially Mandy who is the nicest person I've met! Dr Brenden took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about my well-being. His kindness and approachability immediately put me at ease. The level of expertise demonstrated during my consultation reassured me that I was in capable hands. What truly stood out was Dr Brenden's commitment to educating me about my skin health. He patiently explained the diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I felt informed and empowered in making decisions about my care. The positive and friendly demeanor of Dr Brenden and Mandy created a comfortable environment that made… my visit a truly pleasant experience. I had a small wound on my hand that wouldnt heal. After a month made an appointment with Dr Brenden for an annual check up. I had him look at my hand and explained the bump was painful and wouldnt heal. He said he could burn it off with liquid nitrogen. I asked arent you going to biopsy it ? He said no need, I asked again are you sure , he said well I have been known to be wrong but lets wait and see. I went home not feeling comfortable with that answer. After the spot healed a bit I went to my family doctor and he said to return and have him remove it and biopsy because it looked like skin cancer.!! I said no way will I let that doctor touch me and asked for a recommendation. I just got back from English Dermatology, the doctor took one look and said I have skin cancer and he removed it for biopsy. You must be your own best advocate get a second opinion always ! An please do not trust your life to this man. Dr Brenden it is time for you to retire !

My appointment with dr Brendan was great. Amy, front desk girl great. Nannette, cute and caring nurse. Dr knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely a good experience.

Amy and the staff at Dr. Brenden's office were amazing. I called in for a last minute, first time visit. They were able to squeeze me in within an hour of my call and Dr Brenden saw me within ten minutes of my arrival. Everybody I met there was incredibly friendly and courteous and they made my visit very low stress. Dr Brenden listened carefully to my concerns and was very quick, professional and gentle with the excision required. I didn't feel a thing! I would highly recommend Dr Brenden and his office.

I had been to Dr. Brendan about 5 yrs ago and he was very good then. My father had gone to him for years and I need a good dermatologist when I moved here. I had to find another doctor after a couple of years due to my insurance wasn't being accepted. When I turned Medicare age, he accepts Medicare and my supplementary insurance. Glad to be back in his care, and he's worth the long drive from my home to go to him in East Mesa. He knows his stuff about skin cancer, and being native born, raised, and educated, he knows exactly what to do and what works. His staff has been very accommodating in scheduling appointments and handling insurances.

I went to see Dr. Brenden two days ago because I had a skin rash that developed approx. 3 months ago, and has been spreading through out other parts of my body. He wrote me a prescription for a medication that I am already taking (not sure why I need two medications that were very similar to each other), and just said he did not know what the rash was from, and was not able to diagnose it, except with a "I don't know, and you are the stump of the day". No follow up, no nothing. Except he took my $50, and sent me on my way. Talk about about doctors who don't care... Thanks for wasting my time and my money, Dr. Brenden.

Dr Brenden is great. However, many times when I call his office at the stated opening times - you just get the answering machine - no one answers the phone. Today I have called three times since 8 a.m.- still no answer.
