Dr. Curtis was born in the city of Logan, Utah, which is where he got his name. When he was 15 years old, he was playing football and got his helmet knocked off. He broke his jaw, and seven teeth were knocked out, which led him to his first experience with an oral surgeon. It was then that he became inspired to pursue oral surgery after seeing first-hand the impact that it can have on the lives and health of others.After 20 years of service in the United States Army, his final 4 years of service was at Fort Drum in the state of New York. His family loved the area, and he knew that Watertown would be the perfect place for his practice. Dr. Curtis strives to create a warm and compassionate atmosphere for all of his patients. He wants his patients to know that when they come to see him, he is committed to providing a top-notch experience every time.
