Dr. Logan Brett Miller

In April of 2023, I visited North Austin Dentistry, (Dr. Logan Miller, DDS) for an emergency dental appointment to address a crown issue. During the visit, I was pressured into signing up for third-party financing through Sunbit for the dental services that were discussed. However, those services were never performed, and my crown issue remains unresolved because of the huge cost of their proposed dental plan. As an uninsured patient, these charges have placed a significant financial burden on me, and they are now affecting my credit. I contacted Sunbit, the financing provider, and they have agreed to cancel the charges and refund the payments I have made, but only if the dentist agrees to do so as well. Unfortunately, North Austin Dentistry has not responded to any of my emails or communicated with Sunbit to resolve this matter. I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners who have begun a formal case on my behalf to resolve this issue. I believe this… situation reflects an unethical practice, as I am being charged for services that were never performed, and I am suffering both financially and medically as a result. I am unable to receive the necessary care for my crown while these charges remain unresolved.

I recently went to Dr Miller’s office for new trays and whitener , the austin office was so easy and convenient to get to . Dr. Miller and his whole staff was super friends and welcoming and over exceed my expectations on how quickly my trays were made. I will deffinetly go back!
