Dr. Loida Vitan Guevarra

My wife has been Dr Guevarra's patient for many years. She is has many medical issues that she is dealing with. She always attends her appointments and speaks highly of the Dr and her staff. She does admit that the Dr is straight forward and doesn't do the Barney the dinosaur care when you are not being responsible with your own health. We all know that sometimes we need a good wake up call. My problem is that there are some procedures that are not being done correctly and need to be addressed by the Clinics Management. Some of them are being complaint about in previous reviews. I keep telling her to change providers because somethings are just not acceptable. I noticed and seen her stressed out over issues like waiting over two weeks a simple referral, issues with prescription and Pharmacy. I was in the US Army for 15 years, received medical training and Nursing in college. I read all her lab results and hope that they get on the ball with taking issues relating to submitting and… tracking referrals faster, Tracking medication and working with pharmacies, because it is not the patients job to call to find out where is there meds. Besides that they are doing a great job.

She just isn’t the greatest Doctor.

Dr. Guevara staff gives you an appointment time and date but they leave you waiting for two hours after your appointment time. Staff is rude and the doctor only sees you for 15 minutes after you waited two hours. Horrible customer service

Why in the world would I want to go to a Dr. that's mean??? What? That's supposed to be a positive review??

Stay away

I like this doctor because she keeps it real. She doesn't sugar coat anything at all. That's what I like sometimes it's a long wait but it's worth it. Staff is supe nice my only problem is they never send over the paperwork to specialist, lab, pharmacy on time or they send it to the wrong one. Could be easily fixed with a call though! Gave me new pain medicine in less than 3 hours, sends me to really good specialist. She's mean but she's real.

This doctor is the worse Doctor I have met. Does not care about her patients, does not call with lab results, authorizations when they are approved or gives the wrong diagnosis. Then she gets upset when you question her about a health concern that I have had since I started seeing her and she tells me that I need to look for another doctor. That I am no longer welcomed in her office. This is not patient care. And she is giving me results that don't match what the specialist doctor gave me.

If this Dr. is so "great" where are all the "great" reviews? I have yet to see any! She and her staff suck! Need a false diagnosis? This Dr. is for you!
