I have been a patient of Dr James for over 10 years and always had a short waiting time in the office..have been treated kindly and efficiently by her excellent staff...and most importantly been given pain free gentle care by Dr James...I will be leaving the area and will truly miss everyone in the office

Dr. James has been my dentist for 2 years now and I am completely satisfied with her dental services. She is professional, kind and really does care. When you find a doctor that is competent and cares you stick with them!

Overcharges for very poor service, constantly trying to sell you something that costs thousands of dollars but can't provide basic care or answers.

I am new to Dr. James office and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The staff was lovely and the cleaning done by my technician was very good. Dr. James answered all my questions. I would recommend this office to anybody looking for a personal touch.

Amazing Dentist!!! Amazing Staff!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. James. She is great. I am very anxious about the dentist office and she understood that and made me feel relaxed. Her and her team are very attentive to the needs of their patients.

Went for an 'emergency' appointment (which took a week to get) and they said everything was fine but they would get me in right away if it happened again. So within 48 hours I was calling back and of course they got me right in this time. However, they failed to mention that they one charge me a follow up visit that is automatically denied by insurance. It is pretty sad when even the insurance company gasps at someone being charged. The doctors response to me was "well how long did I spend with you Monday, its not my fault I didn't have anything to see that day. Yes its another charge" (By the way my follow up was all of her looking in my mouth to refer me to someone else, she did nothing but charged me $100 after I just paid $176 two days prior)
