Dr. Lois Wagstrom, MD

I have trusted the skill of Dr. Wagstrom for over twenty years. Her work is always exactly what I wanted and expected. I will continue to trust and recommend her and her staff. She is my cosmetic surgeon of choice.

I had a tummy tuck and while I'm overall happy with the procedure, Dr. Wagstrom didn't do a good good with cutting the incision. I also had problems with the drainage tubes and swelling that didn't heal properly while she insisted it wasn't her fault. I'm looking to have another procedure done and she won't be my doctor this time; I've done my homework. She isn't very friendly, at all, although her staff are as helpful as can be. Do your homework before choosing her!

I have been a patient of Dr Wagstrom for many years and am happy to give her a 5 star rating. She is highly skilled as a surgeon and has built a very talented team of professionals starting with Vickie who greets you at the reception area and Carol Sullivan - her lead nurse who has done wonders for my face! I have the convenience of going to their West End office or to their satellite office in Hendersonville. I would not trust any other practice for cosmetic procedures or surgery.

Dr. Lois has been my doctor for several years. I have received the best care for all of my procedures. The office staff are very efficient and make you feel very special. Top of the line care.

I'm 6-weeks post op breast lift with small implants, tummy tick with muscle repair, and some lipo contouring. I'm 48, 5'5", 160 pounds. I had lost 50 pounds and needed skin removed and wanted some fullness in my breasts. From consult to today, I am completely happy with my experience with Dr. Wagstrom and her caring staff. My incisions are straight and beautiful. My stomach is FLAT and beautiful. My breasts are full and beautiful. I can't wait to shop for clothes!

This doctor is so aloof and doesn’t take the time to listen to you! Beware!!! She’s rude and when you go back for your check ups, if you’re not happy with the result, she’ll make you think you’re crazy and the results are just ‘fine’! No compassion, no personality & just rushes you in and out like you’re just a number! Her work is very mediocre and nothing to write home about! Don’t go!!!!

Dr. Wagstrom performed a neck lift on me 2.5 years ago. I was left with a noticeable outline where the drainage tube was on the left side of my face, along with loose skin in that area. In addition, the neck/jaw area on the right side were not properly lifted, leaving noticeable sagging and an extremely prominent platysmal band. When I went back a year after my surgery to discuss the outline left from the drainage tube, Dr. Wagstrom spoke to me for maybe two minutes and the had a nurse tell me I could pay $700 for filler to the area and that might help the problem. Absolutely would not recommend for facial surgery - I should have done more research. Am now seeing another doctor to correct her mistakes.

I got a breast reduction and the entire process was so easy! I swear it was more of a hassel to have a broken finger. Dr. Wagstrom and her nurses and staff and incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wouldn’t change a thing
