He has poor communication skills and no empathy. He didn’t wear a mask covering his nose. He was insulting and I left crying.

You may need to wait but it is a walk in! The doctors are helpful and informed

Called the office because my mom developed an ear ache right before we were going to board a flight to Europe and was told she could just come in. She ended up waiting for 1 hr. before being seen. I asked the receptionist how much the visit would cost and she said she didn't know. I paid $100 in advance, then came the surprise bill at the end: $270, out of which $100 was for the actual ear ache visit, then Dr Goldberg added another fee for a "new patient visit" because he asked my mom if she wanted to have a vaccine (which she declined). Can you believe this guy? Good God! How greedy do you have to be to charge 2 visits for one? To add insult to the injury he prescribed the most expensive medication: Cipro which would've cost another $225. After going around to 3 pharmacies, I called the doctor's office and asked to give my mom another prescription for something cheaper, which I knew it existed. It took another 2 calls to get them to do it. The medication I suggested was less than $50.… I would never go to this place EVER again.

Waited forever, check in with receptionist was long and kept calling me back to ask another question. Train your people! Nurse was good - Dr was nasty and very full of himself. Never going back. Plenty of urgent cares out there.

doctor was quick to diagnose me with something i showed little to no symptoms of. the following day, went to my GP who said i was misdiagnosed and to cease taking the prescribed antibiotics as they would cause more harm than good. called and spoke to the "medical director" (lon goldberg aka the owner) and explained that i didn't want to be charged for their mistake. he was completely rude and unprofessional and doesn't know how to treat customers. he talked over me and dangled my refund in my face before inevitably hanging up on me. he tried telling me that my doctor was wrong and the diagnosis stands. it terrifies me that most people probably don't consider a second opinion and are probably taking this place at their word. after he hung up on me, i called back and tried to speak with someone who actual acted like an adult but the receptionist regrettably informed me that goldberg was the owner -- and she didn't seem surprised by his behavior. after doing further research… (something i should've done prior), i found that his superior attitude is not uncommon. what an awful man to be in such a career that requires respect and compassion. this man knows nothing about these two things. BEWARE. i will say that his receptionists and nurses are lovely and i truly feel bad that they work for such a nasty excuse for a human being.

Bring a good book and expect a wait. However, this guy will find out what is wrong with you and get even the trickiest of diagnosis..... So worth the wait !!!
