Went in a few years back and the dentists examined by daughter and started listing all the procedures. Bill was going to be 2,000+ We went to another dentist for a second opinion and there was nothing wrong. Ethics are a problem at this location.

Took my daughter her, she was born with extra teeth. They went to do xray and she clenched her jaws closed so they tried to force xray slides in her mouth, they ended up breaking her 2 front teeth! She was bleeding and crying, went to another dentist to repair what they broke. Would not recommend especially with smaller children.

Dr Bibb is awesome, but her staff ruins it. They are rude, the wait times are horrendous and they refuse to do their job. They won't call your insurance or get covered services authorized because they don't feel the charge is enough to warrant a phone call. They'd rather charge the patient then take time to make a phone call. They don't explain anything to you either.

My 10month old went for her first dental appointment. I had some concerns of missing teeth, so I definitely wanted her to be seen by a pediatric dentist. I was able to easily make an appointment and upon arriving my wait time was minimal. They gained my baby's trust, they played and smiled with her, they even want a song. The doctor was patient, calming and friendly. I'm glad I chose My Kidz Dentist.
