I like how he takes a real life approach to health. He’s very good at breaking down and explaining the medical aspects of your care, so that you understand what is wrong, and how his treatment is going to address it.

Dr. Cao is an excellent cardiologist. After several years under the care of Dr. Bill Bailey prior to his retirement, I was at first a bit apprehensive about a change in cardiologists. But Dr. Bailey assured me I would be very pleased with his replacement Dr. Cao. He was exactly right. I find Dr. Cao to be a thorough and proficient cardiologist. He has outstanding communication skills and is an excellent addition to the medical care available in La Grange, TX.

It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Cao was very professional and relaxed. He looked directly at me when he asked a question and also when I answered. He covered most of my questions before I asked. He was a very nice man- liked him already when I met him when I went with my brother to his appointment. Surely will see him again and have recommended him to my friends.

Dr. Cao spends time encouraging questions and teaching his patients. He is thorough in the diagnostic phase. I feel safe with him as my cardiologist.

Dr. Cao is a well informed doctor. He takes a great deal of time to answer any questions. He is concerned about his patients and offers care that is very reassuring. At the end of visit, a printed summary is given to the patient. I find this is very helpful information to make sure I have every thing accurate as Dr. Cao had told me.

The entire staff of the LaGrange Austin Heart office is excellent. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and prompt. Dr Cao has an exceptional personality and is very knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend him.
