THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. ALL THE STAFFS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND AGRESSIVE. I WAS RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST WHEN I WENT TO THIS CLINIC. THIS CLINIC SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE AUTHORITIES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

I have been in this office one time and it was worst experience in my life . please don't go there. If you don't know that is a medical office you want realize it. Nobody wears uniform, no hand sanitizer, no tissues, office is all trashed. Doctor is nice I have to give him Credit for it. Nobody checked my temperature (when there is corona virus every where ) s

We've waited in a full room of people over 1 1/2 hour wait. Came in to see the doctor less than 3 minutes, small talk and ordered surgery. Very scary and very unprofessional. Front office was the same manner, rushing thru the paperwork and asked for us to sign away without explanation and time to read. I would stay away from this place as far as I can, and let your friends and love ones know about it. Less than one star. Zero star if I can give them.

I have not seen a doctors in years, and when I have been asked to get some screening, my doctor's office referred my file here, received a phone call from the front office, of which was agonizingly difficult to understand, forget asking any questions for it will be brushed off; so any type of guidance prior to the actual meeting is impossible, with the frustrations, it lead me to search and having read many other's difficulties just gave me more reason to back out. So I have requested my health place for a different referral; and I had thought I'd be nice to call to cancel. I made it clear and said it softly that I needed to cancel, she then confirmed that it is a cancellation not a postponement, after confirming at least twice; she looked me up and confirms my appointment being cancelled, then she goes and ask - when I wanted to be seen - I wish I could find that funny - but for an office not to be able to properly communicate tells you what the office would be like. I am so relieved… to have gone and search - read reviews - and feeling a little safer now

I do not know Dr Long but I feel strange the way his office treat patients. I called to schedule an appointment to see him for the first time since my last GI doctor now was not working with my medical insurance group. Even though I had already got an authorization from my insurance group (HMO), the medical assistant refused to give me an appointment because I couldn't go to see Dr. Dang; I need to go back and pick a new medical group that my last doctor belong to to stay with him. I told her that I didn't like to stay with that doctor any way. But, the medical assistant still said that she couldn't receive me as a new patient since the doctors do not want to "step on each other 's toes.... WHAT IS THAT? Is it a business or where they really care about the patients?

All this doctor cares about is MONEY, nothing else matters

it's beyond of my comments now...just look at my ratings....very incompetent doctor and no compassion and no patience..just wanted to perform surgery with no exam first...scary!!! Need to get 2nd opinion before let him cut you open!!!

Tried to make an appointment today as a new patient. Was told by the staff that she could not give me an appointment because I am a new patient and they don't have my file, therefore, I have to go to the office to make the appointment, and then she can give me one for the next few weeks. What is going here? I cannot believe that a new patient must go the office to make a appointment. Never mind, I am taking my business somewhere else.

There are long wait times in the office, the cramped waiting room makes it feel like you're cattle. Good luck if you don't know Vietnamese! Based on my EGD Dr. Dang just believed I had normal acid reflux and just shrugged off my complaints about how I believed my condition was severe. Went to another GI recently and found out this whole time I was misdiagnosed, and indeed do have a condition more severe than acid reflux (achalasia). Dr. Dang gave me medications that were unnecessary and even prescribed me medications without explaining the purposes for me to take it.Overall, I didn't feel like he listened to me and was just trying to get patients in and out of the office as soon as possible to make more money.

Dr. Dang is a nice doctor and i really respect him !!
