My 90 year old mother has COVID, and was admitted to the ER via ambulance. She doesn't drive and lives alone. They spent a couple of hours with her and told her to go home, refusing to send her by ambulance or courtesy car. They told her to wait for a ride in the lobby. So my very sick mother (with an infectious disease) sat in the hospital lobby until a family member arrived. Totally irresponsible!

my daughter was just being seen by a doctor Sarah who wouldn't give us her last name she said she didn't have to give us her last name she was being very rude to my daughter mean obnoxious unprofessional yelling put her out the hospital while she was in this cruciating pain tell her she didn't care and I would really like to know what can I do about this I need to speak with someone about this Dr Sarah who's working in the ER today it's 2:50 p.m. October the 8th somebody please tell me what I need to do or who I need to talk to cuz she was absolutely out of line
