Dr. Lonnie Pualani Lin, MD

This so called doctor saw my daughter for an OBYN appointment at Kaiser Milpitas. She was rude and unprofessional. She laughed after my daughter explained her situation going on for over a year and a half. Once she saw my daughter tear up and explained that this wasn't a laughing matter she proceeded to treat her but did not apologize. We have filed a grievance against her because this is unacceptable from any medical professional. She should be ashamed and embarrassed of her actions. I hope Kaiser takes this seriously and looks into her history with patients.

As a GYN, she was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary and made attempts to keep things light but as an OB, was very quick to dismiss any worries and not listen. As a first time pregnant woman, going through a difficult trimester, it was not helpful to have everything flippantly dismissed and was quick to suggest medication without any follow up. Had to switch to new doctor.
