Kept me sane and functioning after my pregnancy

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She is extremely rude, and honestly does not seem like she cares in any way. She doesn't even take the time to listen.

I have seen Dr Rana twice now and I found her to be professional, concerned and informative about how my treatment should go. She asked questions and I found her recommendations to make sense. Also her reception staff were warm and friendly.

I am in the health care field myself and I have never met such an indifferent and cold front desk staff and Dr. Rana as well. All I can say is I have depression and PTSD and because of their indifference and lack of professionalism they have caused me a significant amount of stress. I have filed a complaint with the medical board so we shall see where things go with that. I'm also contacting fox 2 news to see if they want to do a story on incompetent doctors that are able to keep on practicing because it is hard to find doctors that will take certain insurances. Stay away from this people if you can.

If you are interested in receiving compassionate care from a professional psychiatrist do NOT go to this woman. She is easily the coldest doctor I have ever gone to see. While her office staff can be helpful with reminder phone calls they are equally as cold. For someone who suffers from depression going to see her was taxing. As I said if you have the ability to see another doctor do it.

This physician has a terrible bedside manner. Less then 30 seconds of coming into the room she said she was giving me a different diagnosis then what my inpatient physician had diagnosed as. She came across as cold, condescending, and indifferent. She doesn't make you feel heard or like you are any more than a warm body. Worst doctor I have ever been to.

I waited 6 months to get a new patient appt with a referral from my primary care physician. She asked basic questions about my family and school then referred me for more testing without any regard for my feelings. I left feeling hopeless and disappointed with no plan or hope that I’d received treatment for my depression and anxiety.

I took my daughter there and we walked in with are paperwork already filled out and then we were told they had new paperwork and had to fill it out. She took my daughter back when the appt was suppose to be 1 hr with my daughter she was literally in there 5 min. How can you get a health history and evaluate my daughters situation in that amount of time. Then she handed her a script for Prozac and Ativan and said we will see you in 2 months. Then charged HAP $210.00 for her lack of time and sent me a bill for 105.00. The worst experience I have ever had with a Beaumont Dr. She should be re-evaluated with Beaumont.

Her office staff misplaced confidential medical information. They don't know where it went or who has it. Dr. Rana didn't seem too concerned.
