Waited almost one hour to be seen.

The wait time was longer than usual. I waited 45 min in the waiting area and another 15-20min after weighing and bp check.

Very satisfied with all aspects of my care

This is the second time I sat in the exam room for 45 to 50 min. waiting for the dr. and I had a early apt. at 8:45.

After seeing the nurse, I waited almost an hour after my appointment time to see my doctor. After 40 minutes I left the examination room to locate someone who could tell me if my doctor was even there, as I had been waiting for almost an hour. An office worker alerted the nurse that I was still waiting. I was told that my doctor had been conducting a phone visit, and after another 10 minutes she arrived.

I'm disappointed that I don't get portal responses or follow up labs response.

Discussing your medical conditions with Dr. Grimes is like talking to an old friend -- one who listens carefully, because they care about you, but who also just happens to be highly trained in both "Western" medicine as well as alternative medicine. I left from my first visit with her feeling as if I'd finally found the doctor I've been seeking for a very long time now.

Horrible bedside manor, horrible tension in room during 1st appt. Very unwelcoming attitude

No problems with Dr. Grimes, at all.

Doesn't like other doctors prescriptions that they wrote for years. Changes them all the first time seeing you.... The way she speaks is very demeaning thinks it's her way or no way....
