I love love love love Dr. Keaveny! She has the best bed side manner I've ever experienced in a doctor. She is very thorough and you never feel rushed when she is with you! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Spent the night in ER. Found out i had a serious condition that needed controlled with meds. ER dr put me on meds and called Dr.Keavenys office to work me in that week. I called their office early Monday morning. They decided to refer me to a specialist.. no need to see them. It took almost two weeks to even get my referral even with me calling almost daily. At this point I'm out of medication and can't seem to get a refill. Finally get the refill and start breaking out in hives and rashes not to mention I'm itching all over. Can't seems to get an answer from them or or a return call to let me know what to do. So do I continue taking medication and my reaction worsens or do I not take it and end up back in ER? Finally decide to just show up at office and ask to be seen. Everyone looks at me and starts whispering and gives me a slight attitude. Iv been very polite and have never missed an appt or ever been late for one. So why am I treated this way? Told through the window to keep… taking my current meds that's its prob not a reaction to the meds. Dr. Keaveny never took one look at me. I will be finding a new Dr!!

patient care has seriously gone down hill with this doctor. what use to be a caring professional has now become an absolute disaster. patient wait time is over an hour, nurses leave as quickly as the crew at mcdonalds, prescriptions are written wrong (if written AT ALL), nurses are unprofessional, doctor seems unable to come up with a clear diagnosis of any condition no matter how minor. trying to get an appointment is a nightmare, you have a week or more wait. rumor has it they have been taken over by plateau medical center and if so, the care has just continued to go downhill. yes they do offer efile for your medicine now, but what that means is that you have no paper copy to look at to see if they have screwed this prescription up too.... if you are looking for a place to flush your money down the drain....i'll give you my address, no sense in flushing it in hers. i can look just as confused for 5 minutes as she can and charge you the same amount of money for NOTHING, which is… what you will receive when you go to this office!
