Dr. Lora Michelle Mason

Dr. Mason is amazing! But her staff is disgusting and unprofessional. From the very beginning it was a horrible experience with them. They had a front desk girl that did not verify my insurance or even taken any of my information. I was treated and called 3 weeks later, stating my insurance was not accepted and I owed $475. Why would pay for insurance and go see someone that doesn’t accept mine. I was honest and gave them all of my information after and I could have been evil and hung up. Came up with a payment plan for half the amount biweekly, still upset that they involved me in this mess. My credit card was stolen right before my last payment. They stated the contacted me, which i did not receive. After getting a call from the collection company, i contacted them and a rude manager stated, “you have a bad card and you knew it.” How dare she speak to a customer in that form. To insult me in that manner. And now I owe $270. I’m looking to take legal manners to this situation. God… Bless Dr. Mason but its time to change your staff. I would never recommend anyone to go to that practice, especially where there is 2 other dental office in the building. Word of mouth does make a difference.
