Dr. Lora Lisa Torres, MD

I was very happy with the doctor. She took time to talk to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. We left with my daughter feeling better.

All of my children have been going to Dr. Torres since they were babies, we absolutely love her and her staff. They are always friendly and very helpful. They are always on schedule so expect to be seen 5-10 minutes after your appointment time at the latest. You can also contact any one of the nurses with any questions with out having to go in for an appointment. Anytime I have a question regarding any issue or concern with one of my children I call and speak to a nurse who are always very helpful. I highly recommend this Dr.'s office to any parent looking to find a pediatrician.

Used to bring my children here but had to switch doctor because office very unprofessional, rude and nurse practitioner very unprofessional has no medical ethics after seeing my child I heard her talk about my child to the nurse that works with her, gives you an attitude if she doesn't like children then why work in pediatrician office

My experience at the office was great. No problem with scheduling an appointment, was left on hold for a little longer than expected but understood why when I arrived for my appointment. This is a very busy office BUT the staff does a great job getting the patients in & out. Front desk girls & nurses are very welcoming.

Would not recommend this place for several reasons.-more than an hour waiting to see a nurse.-I asked to see Dr. lora torres and i was told i couldnt see her because i didnt tell the receptionist i wanted to talk to her(Dr.lora torres).-when they saw me upset Dr. came in and said "next time you need to see me tell my receptionists."-she was unprofessional and seemed like she was in hurry. -Her phone rang and ended our conversation with "bring your baby back when he is 2 months" went out the door and answered her phone. Apparently they were calling her several times because she told the person in the other line "she was going to answer, but she was busy with ugh! patients". if you dont like your career please dont work there.

She is NOT good with babies, it was like she was playing the guessing game.

not professional ...all patient is cofidencialthey talk about other patients privacy it happens to me...the doc should hire professional staff. I don't appreciate them talking about my kids ill.ess to other friends I'm fixin to get my kids records n find a more professional doctor!!!!

The front desk staff is incompetent. The office is dirty and the medical service they provide is worse! Dr. Torres should find a new profession or at minimum new staff.

The front desk clerks are very mean and rude both of them and the doctor itself, is not amiable and sometimes disrespectful, I wouldn't recommend her to nobody.

She misdiagnoised my daughter when she was and infant. When the doctor tried to prove me wrond she sent me to a specialist who told me that she is healthy and taking medication for something she didnt have and that she will gain weight on her own terms. Don't let me fail to mention she threatened to call cps on me because she wasn't gaining weight based on the avg growth scale. 4 yrs later she is perscribing a harmful medicine for my 3 mon old son before she even got his x-rays back...which were clear and she didnt recend the perscription. She is niether of my children's doctor we just ended up back there cause my son's father wanted a third opinion and this is who he came up with.
