Dr. Lorene Akie Ng, MD

Dr. Ng has been our primary care pediatrician for 13 years. She literally saved my son’s life when he had a head injury. She’s always very thorough and a consummate professional. She also employs an efficient and caring staff.

I went through a long and highly contested divorce. This doctor actually took the time to draft a letter, on my ex's behalf, and stated that our children would be "safer" with their Mother during the Covid 19 crisis, without ever reaching out to me (Father) to discuss the matter. She assumed because I work, I could not protect the children. Yet, had she called, I would've informed her that I was working from home (remotely). Instead, she simply drafted a letter in favor of my ex. By doing so, she interjected herself into the midst of our on-going legal and physical custody struggles. Her generic "Dear Sir" letter asked for the children "to shelter in place with their mother" despite a final divorce decree that states otherwise. I cannot believe a professional would do such a thing without ever researching or contacting the other parent. I would think a doctor should remain "neutral" without any facts to backup her position. She also implied of on-going breathing issues the… children had which is a far cry from the truth! Stay away from this one.....it makes me question/wonder about her professionalism and what other things she might do!
