I had a horrible experience w/this provider. The dental staff from the receptionist to the dental assistants are all VERY young & inexperienced & it shows. They forgot to do my cleaning twice & had to keep rescheduling it. Dr Vaughn was very rude to me when I didn't have $5-7K to replace a bridge I have. The next time I went in to see her for a completely separate issue on a completely different tooth, she forced me to sign a document saying I refused treatment. She refused to even see me for my appointment until I signed it. Then, she refused to come out of her office when I asked to talk to her about it. I was so insulted! She made me feel like a deadbeat degenerate who doesn't take care of my health. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on my teeth. I have never been treated so awfully by a dentist in my entire life! She was so uncaring! Since then, I have gone to a new dentist who understands not everyone has an extra $5-7K just lying around. It took me 5 requests just to… get my records sent to my new dentist! Come on. Get it together! Going to the dentist shouldn't be that difficult!

I have always had a problem with going to the dentist because of bad experiences that have traumatized me. It was time for my yearly dentist visit and I came to see Doctor Vaughn. Turned out I needed my wisdom teeth removed which was scary for me but her confidence in her work, gentleness and true care for my well being was what I felt comfortable with. Thanks to Doctor Vaughn I had a sucessfull and easy removal of my wisdom teeth and I will forever be a patient. I highly recommend her!

This doctor is very professional. She took the time to explain everything to me. She assisted me to make a very well informed decision on my treatment that minimized the pain and cost. Now I can smile in family photos whereas before I couldn't due to the embarrassment of my smile. I highly recommend her dental services. I wish every dentist had such outstanding ethics, superb professionalism and wonderful bedside manner as she. Lorenia Vaughn should not be allowed to practice she is the epitome of BAD DENTIST she was cold ,angry,and honestly I was fearful of her doing any work for me. She did explain what the problem was. She acted as if I was aburden. However she chose this profession. I will never &I repeat never see her again
