Passion for his patients’ I wish other doctors had. He is on our side. Takes all the time we need and answers all questions patiently. Love his beadside manners. So smart and so sweet. Straight shooter to.

He did a good job for me. I did have to wait to see the doc but in the end it is fine. One procedure and my pain is all but gone. Comes back a little just when it rains. Nice guy and big smile. No complaints.

This dr. Is really amazing. We thanked him but that is not enough. My dad is dying from cancer and his pain was unbelievable. Dr. Hughes just “gets it”. He took so much time with us and you can tell he just cares so much he gave us all hope. He did a surgery and put this spinal cord stimulation machine in my dad. We were scared about spine surgery but Dr. Hughes made us calm. We trusted in him and the lord to help him and his nurses. My dad has no pain from the cancer and is not even taking oxys anymore (they made him so sick). Vanderbilt and Dr. Hughes are gifts to our family. He is a sweet, kind, and humble man.

Dr. Hughes took time to listen. What a concept. Tired of Tenovo and all there bull! Only doctoring with Vanderbilt from now on. Helping with my pain and not just pushing addicting meds!!! Will try his procedures and other treatments. He is pleasant and positive. I have bern through to much but i do have hope now. Nice staff too.

Very caring and kind. Have seen him for years and he is agressive treating my pain. Dr. Hughes did shots in my spine for a while but they stopped working. Then he did a surgery to implant a spinal stimulator. My pain is very mild most days. Dr. Hughes truly changed my life and I am grateful.

Dr. Hughes did an injection and made all my pain go away! Plus he makes time to talk, is always nice, and always has a smile on his face. Dr. Hughes even makes jokes that put his patient's at ease. For a doctor he is pretty funny. You can really tell he cares about helping people. If you have pain I recomend you go see this doctor!
